6. Things you cannot do. Do not break the law, hack our site, spam people, or interfere with other users. You also agree to our separate Prohibited Uses document, which covers things like copying our courses or beats, reverse engineering our content, or using it to train artificial intelligence. You also agree to our separate Anti-Modification Policy, which prevents anyone from altering, relabeling, or rebranding our original clothing and designs after purchase. Breaking these rules comes with real financial penalties, explained in those documents.
7. Accessibility. We try to make our site usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. If something is not working for you, email help at k-dvi dot com (help@k-dvi.com).
8. Cookies. We use cookies, which are small tracking files. Details are in our Cookie Policy. We use tools called Pandectes and iubenda dot com to manage your consent.

13. About our fashion products. Our original clothing and designs may not be modified, relabeled, or rebranded by anyone after purchase, as explained in our separate Anti-Modification Policy. Some items may be sourced from third party brand partners; those items retain their original branding and are sold as is. As stated in Section 4, any use of the word tailored in our marketing or product descriptions refers to curation and design selection, not bespoke garment construction.

Physical products can be returned within thirty days unless marked as final sale, and defective items are always eligible for a free replacement or refund. Course prices can change anytime, but the price you already paid never changes.
20. No promises. We provide our site as is. We do not guarantee it will always work perfectly. Our course and ministry content is not professional advice.
21. Our liability is limited. If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is whatever you paid us in the last twelve months, except for cases where you owe us money under our Prohibited Uses or Anti-Modification documents.
22. We can close your account. We can suspend or end your account anytime, for any reason.
23. No group lawsuits. Disputes are handled one on one, not as part of a group or class action.
24. How disputes get resolved. Any disagreement goes through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, not a public courtroom. This is final. We can still go to court quickly if we need to stop someone from causing serious harm, like stealing or modifying our content. European Union residents can also use the European Union's free online dispute tool at ec dot europa dot eu slash consumers slash odr.
25. Which laws apply. Delaware law governs this agreement. If you are in the European Union, some consumer protections still apply where required.
26. We can update these terms. We may change these Terms anytime. We will notify you of big changes. Using our site after a change means you accept it.
27. The fine print. If one part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest still stands. Not enforcing a rule once does not mean we give up that rule forever. We can transfer this agreement if we sell the business. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as natural disasters.
28. Contact us. See our Contacts document for a full list of email addresses by brand and purpose, and our Sites document for a full list of our websites.

[ Refunds ]
In plain words. All sales are final. Digital products are never refundable, anywhere in the world, once accessed. Physical products are final sale for United States and international customers, except where local law, such as in the European Union, requires a return window for physical goods.
Effective Date. September 24, 2026
Who runs this business. Kristiyan-Daniel Veselinov Iliev, also known as Professor Kristiyan-Daniel, K-D, or kd on TikTok
Address. 8 The Green, Suite number 26841, Dover, DE 19901
Website. k-dvi dot com (https://k-dvi.com)
1. What words mean. We, us, and our mean the business run by Kristiyan-Daniel Veselinov Iliev. You means anyone who buys from us.
2. Digital products are final sale, always, everywhere. All digital sales, including courses, beats, samples, music, and ministry media, are final. Once you access the content, you cannot get a refund. This applies to every customer worldwide, regardless of location. By checking the box at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access and you explicitly waive your right to a refund or withdrawal period, including the European Union fourteen day cooling off period. Once access is granted, no refund will ever be issued for digital content, under any circumstances, in any country.
3. Physical merchandise final sale. For customers in the United States and all other non European Union or United Kingdom regions, all sales of physical clothing and apparel are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for these items unless they are defective.
4. European Union and United Kingdom physical returns. Only if you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to return physical, non digital goods within fourteen days of delivery for any reason. To exercise this right, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This right does not apply to digital content once access has begun, since that waiver is confirmed separately at checkout and cannot be reversed.
5. Defective items and errors. We will provide a refund or replacement for any customer worldwide if you received a physically defective item, you were charged twice by mistake, or a technical failure on our end stopped you from accessing digital content. Contact help at k-dvi dot com (help@k-dvi.com) within seven days of delivery with proof, such as a photo of the defect.
6. Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in account termination. We will provide our recorded clickwrap consent logs to the bank to dispute the claim.
7. How disputes get resolved. Disagreements go through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Delaware. European Union residents can also use ec dot europa dot eu slash consumers slash odr.
8. Which laws apply. Delaware law governs this agreement. Mandatory consumer protections in your home country, such as the European Union fourteen day physical return right, still apply where they cannot be waived.

In plain words. This document explains what you are not allowed to do with our courses, music, beats, samples, designs, and other content, and what happens if you break these rules. This document is part of our Terms, and agreeing to our Terms means you agree to this document too.
Effective Date. August 28, 2026
Who runs this business. Kristiyan-Daniel Veselinov Iliev, also known as Professor Kristiyan-Daniel, K-D, or kd on TikTok
Website. k-dvi dot com (https://k-dvi.com)
1. You may not.
- Take apart, study, or reverse engineer our content to build a competing product or service
- Copy or closely imitate our courses, scripts, slides, beats, or exercises for a competing product
- Use our content, any part of it, to train or build any artificial intelligence or machine learning model
- Screen record, download through unauthorized tools, or bypass any protection we use on our content
- Share your account or login with anyone else
- Upload our content to piracy sites, torrents, or file sharing services
- Use bots or scrapers to copy or collect our content
- Rebrand our content and pass it off as your own
- Publicly show, stream, or broadcast our content to an audience beyond yourself

- Use a leased beat or sample beyond the specific limits of its license without upgrading
- Alter, relabel, or rebrand our original clothing or physical products, which is separately addressed in our Anti-Modification Policy
- Use our content for any purpose that competes with our business
2. Money owed if you break these rules. Some of these violations are hard to put a precise dollar value on, but they cause real harm to us, including lost revenue, damaged reputation, and unfair competition. So, if you break rules such as copying our content, using it to train artificial intelligence, uploading it to piracy sites, or rebranding it as your own, you agree to pay us ten thousand USD for each violation. This is a fair, pre agreed amount, not a random penalty, and does not stop us from seeking more if the actual harm is greater.
3. How we enforce this. We can send takedown notices, including through DMCA dot com, cease and desist letters, and go straight to court for an emergency order to stop ongoing harm, even before or instead of arbitration. This is on top of the arbitration process explained below.
4. How disputes get resolved. Outside of emergency court orders described in section three, disagreements go through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, one on one, not as a group.
5. Which laws apply. Delaware law governs this document.

[ Anti-modification policy ]
In plain words. This document explains that our original clothing and designs may not be altered, relabeled, or rebranded by anyone after purchase.
Effective Date. August 28, 2026
Who runs this business. Kristiyan-Daniel Veselinov Iliev, also known as Professor Kristiyan-Daniel, K-D, or kd on TikTok
Address. 8 The Green, Suite number 26841, Dover, DE 19901
Website. k-dvi dot com (https://k-dvi.com)
1. What this covers. This applies to all physical products sold under KRISTIYAN-DANIEL FASHION, including clothing, apparel, and accessories bearing our original designs, logos, or branding.
2. No after-market modification. Once you purchase an item from us, you may not add, remove, replace, or alter our logo, branding, or design on that item for the purpose of reselling it, rebranding it, or presenting it as your own or another brand's product. Personal alterations for your own private use, such as resizing for fit, are not restricted by this policy.
3. No resale as a modified or co-branded product. You may not purchase our clothing, apply your own logo or a third party's logo to it, and resell it as a new or co-branded item without our prior written permission. Doing so is considered trademark infringement and unfair competition under United States federal law and equivalent global trademark laws.
4. Wholesale and reseller exceptions. Any business wanting to legally modify, co-brand, or white label our products must obtain a separate written Co-Branding Agreement from us in advance. Without this written agreement, no modification rights are granted, regardless of how the product was originally purchased.
5. Enforcement. Violating this policy is treated the same as violations under our Prohibited Uses document, including the ten thousand USD per violation liquidated damages provision, and may also result in a cease and desist notice or emergency court action to stop ongoing harm.
6. How disputes get resolved. Any disagreement under this policy goes through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, one on one, not as a group.
7. Which laws apply. Delaware law governs this document.

Who runs this business. Kristiyan-Daniel Veselinov Iliev, also known as Professor Kristiyan-Daniel, K-D, or kd on TikTok
Address. 8 The Green, Suite number 26841, Dover, DE 19901
Website. k-dvi dot com (https://k-dvi.com)
1. What counts as feedback. Any idea, suggestion, comment, review, testimonial, bug report, or other input you send us, through feedback at k-dvi dot com (feedback@k-dvi.com), a form, email, social media, or any other channel, counts as Feedback under this document.
2. We do not have to use it, read it, or pay you for it. We are not obligated to review, respond to, use, or keep any Feedback you send. We will not pay you for it, credit you for it, or treat it as confidential, unless we separately agree to that in writing.
3. You give us full rights to use it, forever, free, worldwide. By sending us Feedback, you give us a license that is non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, meaning forever, irrevocable, meaning it cannot be taken back, and worldwide. This means we can use, copy, share, modify, and build on your Feedback in any way, for any purpose, including in our courses, products, marketing, or future features, without paying you or asking again.
4. You confirm it is really yours to give. By sending Feedback, you confirm it is your own original idea, or you have the right to share it, and that sending it to us does not break any other agreement you have with someone else.
5. No partnership or obligation is created. Sending Feedback does not make you our partner, employee, or business associate. It does not create any obligation for us to build, launch, or pay for anything based on your idea, now or in the future.
6. Security reports. If your Feedback is a security vulnerability report, please send it to security at k-dvi dot com (security@k-dvi.com) instead of our general feedback address, so we can respond appropriately. We ask that anyone reporting a genuine security issue keep the details confidential until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate. At our sole discretion, we may offer a reward for a verified and responsibly disclosed security issue, conditioned on confidentiality and, where requested, a signed non disclosure agreement before payment. Offering a reward once does not obligate us to offer one again. The rest of this document still applies to security reports.
7. How disputes get resolved. Any disagreement about this document goes through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, one on one, not as a group.
8. Which laws apply. Delaware law governs this document.
9. The fine print. If one part of this document is invalid, the rest still stands. We can transfer this agreement if we sell the business.
10. Contact us. See our Contacts document for a full list of email addresses by brand and purpose.

This address exists to help route general customers to the right product or brand, including first time visitors comparing Fashion, Music, Courses, and other offerings.
4. Feedback. Any idea, suggestion, comment, review, testimonial, or other input you send to feedback at k-dvi dot com (feedback@k-dvi.com) is treated under our separate Feedback document. In short, we are not obligated to use, respond to, or pay you for feedback you send, and by sending it you give us a free, worldwide, permanent, and irreversible right to use it however we choose. See the full Feedback document for complete terms.
5. Security and bug reports. If you discover a security vulnerability, bug, or potential safety issue affecting any Kristiyan-Daniel brand, platform, or product, please report it to security at k-dvi dot com (security@k-dvi.com) rather than posting about it publicly. We ask that anyone who reports a genuine security issue keep the details confidential and refrain from public disclosure until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it. At our sole discretion, we may choose to offer a reward, sometimes called a bug bounty, to a reporter for a verified and responsibly disclosed security issue. Any such reward, if offered, will be conditioned on the reporter agreeing to confidentiality regarding the issue and, where we request it, signing a written non disclosure agreement before any reward is paid. Offering a reward in one case does not create an obligation for us to offer a reward in any other case, and the decision to offer or not offer a reward, and the amount, is entirely up to us.
6. Legal questions and complaints. If you have a legal question, a complaint, a formal notice, a copyright concern, a request related to your personal data, or any other legal matter involving any Kristiyan-Daniel brand, email legal at k-dvi dot com (legal@k-dvi.com). We aim to review legitimate legal correspondence sent to this address in a timely manner. This address is also the correct place to send any required legal notices under our Terms, Privacy Policy, or other documents in this legal suite, unless a specific document says otherwise.
7. Why these addresses exist here instead of in every document. Our other legal documents, including Terms, Privacy, Refunds, Course Terms, Cookies, Sub-Processors, Impressum, Prohibited Uses, Licensing Agreement, Music Agreement, Anti-Modification Policy, the UGC Creator Services Agreement, and Feedback, refer back to this Contacts document instead of repeating every email address in every place. This keeps our documents easier to read and ensures contact information stays accurate and current in a single location.
8. How disputes get resolved. Any disagreement about this document goes through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, one on one, not as a group.
9. Which laws apply. Delaware law governs this document.
10. The fine print. If one part of this document is invalid, the rest still stands. We can transfer this agreement if we sell the business. We may update the addresses or roles listed here at any time as our business grows, and the most current version of this document controls.

[ Music agreement ]
In plain words. This is the agreement for anyone buying a beat, sample, or sound pack from KRISTIYAN-DANIEL MUSIC. It explains what you can and cannot do with what you buy, and how leases, exclusive sales, and royalty deals work.
Effective Date. August 28, 2026
Seller. Kristiyan-Daniel Veselinov Iliev, also known as Professor Kristiyan-Daniel, K-D, or kd on TikTok
Address. 8 The Green, Suite number 26841, Dover, DE 19901
Contact. music at k-dvi dot com (music@k-dvi.com) and legal at k-dvi dot com (legal@k-dvi.com)
Website. music dot k-dvi dot com (https://music.k-dvi.com)
Buyer. to be filled in per purchase
1. What this covers. This agreement applies whenever you purchase a beat, instrumental, sample, loop, sound pack, or similar audio product from KRISTIYAN-DANIEL MUSIC. We, us, and our mean Kristiyan-Daniel Veselinov Iliev operating as KRISTIYAN-DANIEL MUSIC. You and Buyer mean the person or business making the purchase.
2. Two types of purchase, lease or exclusive. Every beat is sold as either a lease or an exclusive sale, clearly labeled at the time of purchase.
- Lease license. You get a non exclusive right to use the beat in your own song or project. Non exclusive means we keep ownership and can also lease or sell the same beat to other buyers. Lease terms may include limits such as a maximum number of paid copies, streams, or monetized video uses before you would need to upgrade to a higher tier or purchase an exclusive license, and these specific limits will be stated at the time of purchase.
- Exclusive sale. Once a beat is sold exclusively, it is removed from our store and only you may use it going forward. We will not sell, lease, or license that same beat to anyone else after an exclusive sale is completed.
3. Sample packs are different from beats. Standalone sample packs, meaning individual drum hits, loops, one shots, or sound kits rather than a full composed beat, are always sold as a flat one time fee. No royalty, profit share, or ongoing payment is ever owed to us for sample pack purchases, regardless of how the sounds are used afterward.
4. Royalty or profit share deals. On select beats, instead of a flat lease or exclusive fee, we may offer a royalty or profit share arrangement, meaning you pay less upfront but agree to pay us a percentage of income if your song using the beat becomes commercially successful. Any royalty arrangement, including the specific percentage, the trigger point for when it applies, and how it will be tracked and paid, will be written out and agreed to separately in writing before you use the beat under that arrangement. If no royalty terms are written and agreed to, no royalty is owed, and the purchase is a flat fee only.
5. Producer tag requirement. Leased beats generally include our producer tag or audio watermark embedded in the track. You agree not to remove, mute, or edit out the producer tag on a leased beat unless your specific license states otherwise. Exclusive sales and fully bought out tracks may be provided without the tag, as stated at the time of purchase.
6. What you cannot do. Regardless of lease or exclusive status, you may not claim authorship of the underlying composition of a beat you did not write, resell or redistribute the raw, unedited beat file itself as its own standalone product, use a leased beat in a way that exceeds the specific limits of your license tier without upgrading, or use any purchased audio to train an artificial intelligence or machine learning system. This is in addition to, and does not replace, our separate Prohibited Uses document, which continues to apply.
7. Ownership. Except where a full exclusive sale has been completed, we retain ownership of the underlying beat or sample. A lease gives you permission to use it in your own work, it does not transfer ownership of the beat itself to you.
8. Refunds. All beat, sample, and sound pack purchases are digital products and are final sale once the file is downloaded or delivered, consistent with our Refund Policy. Before completing a purchase, you will confirm through a checkbox that you understand this and are giving up any refund or withdrawal right, including any European Union fourteen day cooling off period, once you access the file.
9. No promises on results. We do not guarantee that any beat or sample will help you achieve any particular outcome, success, or income. Music production and release outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Limited responsibility. If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is whatever you actually paid for the specific beat or sample in question. Neither side is responsible for indirect or unexpected damages.
11. How disputes get resolved. Any disagreement under this agreement goes through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, one on one, not as a group. Either side may still go to court quickly to stop serious harm, such as unauthorized resale or use of an exclusive beat sold to someone else.
12. Which laws apply. Delaware law governs this agreement, except where a buyer's home country has consumer protections that legally cannot be waived.
13. The fine print. If one part of this agreement is invalid, the rest still stands. Not enforcing a rule once does not waive it later. This agreement can be transferred by us if we restructure the business, such as forming an LLC. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
14. How this relates to Licensing. If a company or brand wants to license KRISTIYAN-DANIEL MUSIC material in bulk, for white label use, or as part of a larger corporate deal rather than a single beat purchase, that falls under our separate Licensing Agreement instead of this document. Contact licensing at k-dvi dot com (licensing@k-dvi.com) for those inquiries.
15. Contact us. See our Contacts document for a full list of email addresses by brand and purpose, and our Sites document for a full list of our websites.
