Some data we have to keep, like order and tax records, even after a deletion request. If that applies, we'll tell you what we kept and why. EU and UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority. Requests are handled directly in Shopify; we reserve the right to use a third-party privacy tool, such as iubenda, to help manage them.
